1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Player," "You") and 778g0 Gaming Services, Inc. ("778g0," "Company," "We," "Us," "Our"), a corporation duly organized under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines and licensed by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) under Master Licensee Certificate No. ML-2020-778G0.

By accessing the 778g0 website at https://778g0.cam (the "Site"), creating an account, or using any of our gaming services (collectively, the "Services"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable rules, regulations, and policies posted on the Site. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of our Services and close your account.

We reserve the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes become effective immediately upon posting to the Site. Your continued use of the Services after any modification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2. Eligibility and Registration

2.1 Age and Legal Capacity

To register and use 778g0 Services, you must:

• Be at least twenty-one (21) years of age at the time of registration.
• Possess full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.
• Not be self-excluded from gambling activities, either voluntarily or involuntarily.
• Not be acting on behalf of another person or entity.

We conduct age verification through government-issued identification documents. Provision of false information regarding age, identity, or any other registration detail constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all funds.

2.2 Geographic Restrictions

778g0 Services are available exclusively to individuals physically located within the territorial jurisdiction of the Republic of the Philippines at the time of account access and gameplay. Users connecting from outside the Philippines, whether as Philippine citizens or foreign nationals, are strictly prohibited from using our Services.

Use of virtual private networks (VPNs), proxy servers, or any other technology designed to mask or misrepresent your geographic location constitutes a breach of these Terms. We employ geo-location verification technology and reserve the right to request additional proof of location. Violation results in account suspension, fund forfeiture, and potential legal action.

2.3 Account Registration

Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) account on 778g0. Multiple accounts, duplicate registrations, or account transfers are strictly prohibited. Registration requires provision of accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to:

• Full legal name as it appears on government-issued identification.
• Date of birth and Philippine Identification Number (PhilID) or alternative government ID number.
• Valid Philippine mobile phone number verified through SMS one-time password (OTP).
• Email address to which you have exclusive access.
• Current residential address in the Philippines.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including username and password. You agree to immediately notify 778g0 of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach. 778g0 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.

3. Account Verification and KYC Requirements

In compliance with PAGCOR regulations and Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) requirements, 778g0 implements a comprehensive Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Before processing any withdrawal, and at any time during your use of our Services, we may require submission of the following documents:

• Proof of Identity: Government-issued photo identification such as Philippine Passport, Driver's License, UMID, SSS ID, PhilID, or Postal ID.
• Proof of Address: Recent utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the last three (3) months showing your full name and residential address.
• Proof of Payment Method: Bank statement, GCash/Maya transaction history, or other documentation verifying ownership of the payment method used for deposits.
• Selfie Verification: Photograph of yourself holding your identification document and a handwritten note with current date and "778g0" written on it.

Failure to provide requested documentation within seven (7) calendar days may result in account suspension and withdrawal processing delays. We reserve the right to request additional documentation or conduct enhanced due diligence for high-value transactions, unusual activity patterns, or as required by regulatory authorities.

4. Deposits and Account Funding

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

778g0 accepts deposits through the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, bank transfers via InstaPay and PESONet to designated 778g0 accounts with BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and Unionbank, and over-the-counter deposits at authorized payment centers. All deposits must originate from accounts or payment methods in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

4.2 Deposit Limits and Processing

Minimum deposit amount is One Hundred Pesos (₱100). Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account verification level. Standard deposits are credited to your 778g0 account balance instantly upon receipt of confirmation from the payment processor. In cases of technical delay, deposits will be credited within twenty-four (24) hours.

You acknowledge that 778g0 does not charge fees for deposits; however, your financial institution or payment provider may impose transaction fees beyond our control. It is your responsibility to understand and accept any such fees.

4.3 Deposit Errors and Disputes

If you believe a deposit was processed in error or not credited properly, you must notify 778g0 customer support within forty-eight (48) hours of the transaction. Provide transaction reference number, date and time, amount, and payment method used. We will investigate and respond within five (5) business days. Failure to report errors promptly may result in inability to recover funds.

5. Withdrawals and Payout Processing

5.1 Withdrawal Requirements

Before requesting a withdrawal, you must:

1. Complete full account verification by submitting all required KYC documents.
2. Meet any applicable wagering requirements associated with bonuses or promotions.
3. Ensure the withdrawal amount meets the minimum threshold of Three Hundred Pesos (₱300).
4. Request withdrawal to a payment method registered in your own legal name matching your verified identity.

5.2 Processing Times and Limits

Withdrawal requests are processed within twenty-four (24) to seventy-two (72) hours after account verification and security checks. First-time withdrawals require enhanced verification and may take up to five (5) business days. Maximum withdrawal amount is Fifty Thousand Pesos (₱50,000) per transaction, with daily and monthly limits subject to account verification level and payment method capabilities.

GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within twelve (12) hours. Bank transfers via InstaPay process within twenty-four (24) hours on business days. International business days (Monday through Friday, excluding Philippine holidays) apply to bank transfer processing times.

5.3 Withdrawal Restrictions

778g0 reserves the right to decline withdrawal requests in the following circumstances:

• Incomplete or insufficient KYC documentation.
• Evidence of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or Terms violations.
• Suspicious transaction patterns consistent with money laundering or illegal activity.
• Outstanding wagering requirements on bonuses.
• Technical issues with payment providers or banking systems.
• Pending investigation of account activity.

In cases of declined withdrawals, we will notify you via registered email and provide opportunity to remedy deficiencies where applicable. Accounts engaged in prohibited activities may have all funds permanently forfeited in addition to account closure.

6. Bonuses, Promotions, and Loyalty Programs

6.1 General Bonus Terms

778g0 offers various bonuses, promotions, free spins, cashback, and loyalty rewards (collectively, "Promotions"). All Promotions are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements stated in the promotion details page or email communication. By accepting any Promotion, you agree to comply with all applicable terms.

Unless otherwise stated, all Promotions carry wagering requirements ranging from ten times (10x) to forty times (40x) the bonus amount before withdrawal eligibility. Wagering requirements must be completed within the specified time period (typically seven to thirty days). Failure to meet requirements within the time limit results in forfeiture of bonus and associated winnings.

6.2 Bonus Restrictions

The following restrictions apply to all Promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise:

• Maximum bet limit while bonus is active: ₱100 per game round or ten percent (10%) of bonus amount, whichever is lower.
• Certain games may be excluded from wagering requirement contribution or contribute at reduced percentages (e.g., slots typically contribute 100%, live casino 10%, sports betting varies by odds).
• Bonuses are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and have no cash value beyond stated terms.
• One bonus active per account at any time unless specifically stated as stackable.
• Abuse of Promotions through multiple accounts, coordinated betting patterns, or exploitation of system errors results in immediate forfeiture and permanent account closure.

6.3 Promotional Changes and Cancellations

778g0 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any Promotion at any time without prior notice. In the event of Promotion cancellation, players with active bonuses will be notified and given reasonable time to complete wagering requirements or forfeit the bonus. We may exclude individual players from specific Promotions at our sole discretion, particularly in cases of suspected abuse or irregular betting patterns.

7. Gameplay Rules and Conduct

7.1 Fair Play Obligations

All players must engage with 778g0 Services in a fair, honest, and lawful manner. Specifically prohibited activities include but are not limited to:

• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain unfair advantage, particularly in poker or other player-versus-player games.
• Bot Usage: Employing automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to place bets or make gameplay decisions.
• Exploitation: Taking advantage of software errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities for personal gain.
• Chip Dumping: Deliberately losing to another player to transfer funds between accounts.
• Arbitrage Betting: Exploiting odds differences or promotional terms across multiple accounts or platforms.
• Syndicate Play: Operating as part of an organized group to circumvent betting limits or bonus restrictions.

778g0 employs sophisticated detection systems to identify irregular betting patterns, collusion, and fraudulent activity. Players engaged in prohibited conduct will have accounts immediately suspended, pending investigation. Upon confirmation of violations, accounts will be permanently closed and all funds forfeited.

7.2 Game Malfunctions

In the event of game malfunction, software error, or technical failure that affects game outcome or player balance, the affected game round or bet is void, and stakes are refunded. 778g0's liability is limited to refunding the stake amount; no additional compensation for potential winnings will be provided. Players must report suspected malfunctions immediately through customer support. Continued play after discovering a malfunction may be deemed exploitation and grounds for account action.

7.3 Disputes and Investigations

In the event of dispute regarding game results, account balances, or any other matter related to gameplay, 778g0's records and system logs are deemed final and authoritative. We maintain complete records of all gameplay, transactions, and account activity for the minimum period required by PAGCOR regulations (currently seven years).

Players may submit disputes through the customer support ticket system within thirty (30) days of the disputed event. We will investigate and provide a determination within fourteen (14) business days. If you disagree with our determination, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR's Player Protection Unit for independent review.

8. Account Closure and Suspension

8.1 Voluntary Closure

You may request account closure at any time by contacting customer support. Upon receiving a closure request, we will process withdrawal of any remaining balance after deduction of applicable fees or forfeitures due to bonus terms violations. Account closure is typically completed within seven (7) business days. Closed accounts cannot be reopened; a new account would constitute a duplicate account violation if attempted.

8.2 Temporary Suspension

778g0 may temporarily suspend your account for the following reasons:

• Investigation of suspected Terms violations, fraud, or illegal activity.
• Incomplete or expired verification documentation requiring update.
• Request from law enforcement or regulatory authorities.
• Security concerns regarding account compromise or unauthorized access.
• Pending resolution of payment disputes or chargebacks.

During suspension, you will be unable to place bets, request withdrawals, or access certain account features. We will notify you of the suspension reason and expected duration. Suspensions are lifted upon resolution of the underlying issue.

8.3 Permanent Closure and Fund Forfeiture

778g0 reserves the right to permanently close accounts and forfeit all funds in cases of:

• Material breach of these Terms, including but not limited to fraud, multiple accounts, bonus abuse, underage gambling, use from prohibited jurisdictions, or money laundering.
• Providing false information during registration or verification.
• Abusive, threatening, or illegal conduct toward staff or other players.
• Involvement in match-fixing or sports corruption.
• Failure to respond to KYC requests within thirty (30) days.

In addition to account closure and fund forfeiture, 778g0 reserves the right to report violations to appropriate law enforcement authorities, cooperate with criminal investigations, and pursue civil remedies for damages caused by player misconduct.

9. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

778g0 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and preventing gambling-related harm. We provide tools and resources to help players maintain control over their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through your account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases require a forty-eight (48) hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Set maximum loss amounts per day, week, or month.
• Session Time Limits: Configure automatic logout after a specified gameplay duration.
• Reality Checks: Receive periodic reminders of gameplay duration and net win/loss during active sessions.
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntarily exclude yourself from 778g0 for periods ranging from one (1) month to permanent exclusion. During self-exclusion, you cannot access your account, deposit funds, or place bets. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed before the chosen period expires.

10. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted under Philippine law, 778g0, its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Services, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or reputational harm, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total aggregate liability for all claims arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Services shall not exceed the amount you deposited into your account during the six (6) month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to liability.

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

11. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, software, graphics, logos, trademarks, service marks, and other intellectual property displayed on or through the 778g0 platform are the exclusive property of 778g0 Gaming Services, Inc. or its licensors and are protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, display, perform, publish, license, modify, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any content or software from the Services.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to discover the source code of any software used in the Services.
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access the Services or extract data.
• Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices (copyright, trademark, patent) from the Services.

Unauthorized use of 778g0's intellectual property may result in civil liability and criminal prosecution under Philippine law, including Republic Act No. 8293 (Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines).

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods shall not apply.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, your use of the Services, or the relationship between you and 778g0 shall first be submitted to good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be finally settled by arbitration administered by the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. (PDRCI) in accordance with its arbitration rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in Metro Manila, Philippines, in the English language, by a single arbitrator mutually agreed upon by the parties or, failing such agreement, appointed by PDRCI. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, 778g0 may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines to prevent actual or threatened infringement, misappropriation, or violation of our intellectual property rights, confidential information, or these Terms.

13. General Provisions

13.1 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or if such modification is not possible, shall be severed from these Terms.

13.2 Waiver

No waiver of any provision of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such provision or any other provision. 778g0's failure to assert any right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

13.3 Assignment

You may not assign, transfer, or delegate your rights or obligations under these Terms without 778g0's prior written consent. 778g0 may freely assign these Terms or any rights and obligations hereunder, in whole or in part, without your consent, including in connection with a merger, acquisition, corporate reorganization, or sale of assets.

13.4 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any specific game rules or promotion terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and 778g0 regarding your use of the Services and supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, whether written or oral.
